Film & Media Composer

Emerson Wright is a young composer attending Berklee College of Music majoring in Film and Media Scoring with a double minor in Musical Theater Writing & Game and Interactive Media Scoring. With roots in musical theater he is a driven storyteller who dreams big.

Growing up in awe of the wondrous orchestral works of composers John Powell, and James Newton Howard, Emerson now aspires to craft music that captures the same feeling of magic they did.

During his studies he discovered a passion for hybrid scoring as well, emulating the works of composers Daniel Pemberton, Tom Holkenborg, and Henry Jackman. Now, Emerson’s favorite projects give him the opportunity to incorporate orchestral, synthetic, and non traditional instruments.

While studying Emerson has been grateful to be involved in many student films and projects. Both Live Action & Animated. Some of which were with his friends and partners at Stallion Pictures. Collaborating with fellow storytellers who share Emerson's zeal has been a true gift to the beginning of his career.

Emerson exhibits a great passion for music performance, as well as composition. During his time at Berklee he spent time as a choir member in Berklee's Audire Orchestra sharing a love for Anime & Video Game Music along side his peers.

Stallion Pictures is a rising independent film and television studio formed by young filmmakers dedicated to bringing dreams to screens. Known for films such as Where to Next?, Dead Man’s Hand, One Minute Past Midnight, & the Shadows trilogy (soon ending with Out of the Shadows).
